Having a baby is a life-changing experience. The emotional roller coaster of pregnancy can be difficult to navigate on your own. We want to be here for you!

We also want you to be fully prepared when your new baby arrives! In addition to earning free baby gifts, this program prepares you for pregnancy, labor, delivery, baby care, breastfeeding, and recovery after your delivery.

We want to equip you with tools to help you through this journey! We even offer information and resources to help you manage the toddler years and beyond! That’s why YOU need Baby Boot Camp!

What is Baby Boot Camp?

The program requires 10 visits during your pregnancy

At each visit, you will be given a short worksheet to complete at home and bring along to your next visit. You must start the program before your 6th month of pregnancy. Allow yourself 45 minutes per visit, as you will view an educational presentation each time. Your partner is welcome to attend with you.

Then, bring your baby in after delivery for a picture… and pick up your Baby Gift Basket.

Program Services

• Educational information on topics such as pregnancy, childbirth, development of your baby (before and after birth), relationships, and parenting.

• Confidential, ongoing mentorship.

• Limited ultrasound to verify viability of pregnancy up to 14 weeks, verifies that baby is in uterus and detects heartbeat – no sex determination).

• At each appointment, you will receive a small gift for mom or baby.

• Maternity (bigger) clothes for you as you grow.

• Referrals for doctors and other community resources.

After Completing Baby Boot Camp

• When your 10 visits are completed, you have earned your NEW car seat and pack ‘n play, which you can pick up during your 8th month of pregnancy.

• After you have your baby, bring baby in to receive your Baby Gift Basket, filled with NEW things; sleepers, outfits, blankets, diapers, diaper bag, socks, bottles, onesies, etc.

• You will also be given some gently used baby clothes, blankets, etc.

• You are welcome to any baby furniture and items we have (as available) such as bath tubs, bouncy seats, etc.

Please know that we are always here for you even after the baby comes. If you need diapers once a month, baby clothing, and other baby supplies, come see us!

  • Sleepers and outfits
